As part of our rapidly growing organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the Tech Talent Partner, this role plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless hiring process for technical roles. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, supporting administrative tasks to free up time for strategic recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate candidate interactions throughout the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, and handling necessary documentation.
  • Interview Logistics: Arrange interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback is gathered. Prepare interview rooms, set up video calls, and distribute necessary materials or instructions.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information, progress, and feedback, ensuring all records are current and compliant.
  • Offer Support: Assist in preparing offer letters, contract documents, and onboarding materials, collaborating with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Recruitment Operations Support: Provide support to the tech recruitment team with reporting, analytics, and insights as needed. Help streamline administrative processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Employer Branding Support: Work on initiatives to promote the company's brand in the tech community, such as job fairs, networking events, and social media outreach, when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination role, preferably within a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred) and familiarity with HR software; strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professionally handling candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and scheduling.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving priorities.
