**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, or Human Resources desirable though not essential.

- Experience working in the Recruitment industry
- Deep expertise in working with complex, people-centred organisations on projects and programs relating to Recruitment.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee activities and tasks of the Recruitment Team.
- Set priorities and targets for Recruitment Team in line with organisational goals.
- Review processes and systems periodically for effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and help develop resolutions.
- Participate in organisational planning and development projects (ex. streamlining recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes, offshoring administrative functions).
