People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team to deliver complete human resources solutions to a portfolio of selected clients across NSW and the ACT.
The highly rewarding position is part of a team that provides consulting advice across all elements of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, organisational effectiveness and change, performance management, engagement, welfare and wellbeing.
Who are you?
- Demonstrated success as a Business Partner working collaboratively with people leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders across the business and P&C.
- Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry with a geographically dispersed footprint.
- Experience in supporting a range of organisational and people change initiatives.
- Experience in building and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Deep knowledge across Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements to support interpretation and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen to support the delivery of people and business strategies.
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships, to be enable coaching of our people leaders and team members.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business as we continue to grow.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Completion of Australian Work Rights and National Crime Check is mandatory.
