Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Team Global Express. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet all visitors with a warm and welcoming smile, ensuring they are signed in and promptly directed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Call Handling: Answer and re-direct all incoming calls efficiently and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, mail and courier handling, and building and IT coordination.
  • Meeting Room and Office Management: Assist with setting up and booking meeting rooms, manage stationery orders, and oversee kitchen supplies and maintenance.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the central point of communication for office updates, building works, and safety notices.
  • Required Skills and Capabilities
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent phone manner, professional oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
    • Intermediate IT Skills: Have intermediate IT skills, including data entry and familiarity with end-user environments like Windows, macOS, and browser tools.
    • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Customer Service Principles: Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and a proactive approach to managing workloads.
