Key Responsibilities- Reception and Lobby Area Management: Ensure the reception and lobby areas are immaculate and welcoming to clients and staff.
- Catering and Event Coordination: Prepare and coordinate catering services for clients and staff, including setting up and preparing conference rooms for meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including managing general administrative tasks and assisting with various ad hoc duties and projects.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a corporate receptionist or in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
