Job Title: Corporate Receptionist | Administrative Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and welcoming Corporate Reception / Administrator to join our team at In Kehna. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage email, records, and database systems with attention to detail
  • Handle client and office correspondences with professionalism
  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling appointments, and booking meetings
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Director and team
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a professional services support role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Fun, bubbly, and energetic personality
