About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our business, you will be the ambassador of our brand, welcoming and making visitors feel comfortable. Your role will involve coordinating meeting rooms, organising catering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  2. Manage incoming calls and email enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  3. Coordinate domestic travel for Directors, ensuring seamless arrangements
  4. Organise meeting rooms, catering, and AV equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  5. Point of contact for maintenance of the office and company holiday house, ensuring prompt attention to any issues
  6. Liaise with an external Event Planner to organise corporate functions, ensuring a successful and memorable experience
  7. General housekeeping of front of house areas, maintaining a tidy and organised environment
  8. Monitor and order office supplies and consumables, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a polished presentation. Intermediate MS Office skills are a must. If you have experience in corporate reception, high-end hospitality, or a similar environment, we would love to hear from you.
