We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our client's team at FourQuarters Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Book meeting rooms, arrange catering, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office environment, including replenishing supplies, managing stationery, and ensuring the office is clean and tidy.
- Communication and Time Management: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills. You should have previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist or in a similar role, and be proficient in MS Office. You should also have a professional and corporate appearance, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
