Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through your network and industry connections.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to secure national commercial office tower partnerships with strong multi-corporate tenancy.
- Manage the process of preparing financial overviews, site submissions, and securing financial outcomes for partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure efficient communication during the installation process and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Support the Commercial Director in new business development opportunities and objectives.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial relationships and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, goal setting, and delivering key outcomes within stated timelines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate clearly in presentations and formulate high-quality written correspondence and proposals.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and superior commercial judgment combined with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Active business network and experience in real estate, property, or media industries (desirable).
