Your Role
We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Child Wellbeing Specialist to be based at our Head Office. This pivotal position is essential in enhancing our child-safe culture by offering support, coaching, and mentorship to center directors regarding safeguarding practices. The specialist will also collaborate directly with educators to strengthen their capabilities in child protection and wellbeing.

Qualifications for Success
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in offering guidance on child protection and safeguarding issues
- Knowledge of child protection legislation
- Understanding of Child Safe Organisation principles and the child protection framework in NSW
- Valid clearance for paid work, including a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
