This role sits within the Fundraising and Philanthropy team at Aspect, a leading organization in the disability sector. The primary purpose of this position is to grow and secure corporate partnerships, driving significant strategic and financial support for the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a relationship manager and building a team to drive corporate partnerships
- Developing and implementing a strategy to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with major corporations
- Leading research efforts to identify and cultivate a strong pipeline of potential corporate partners
- Creating innovative workplace fundraising initiatives for each corporate partner
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and 5+ years' experience in corporate fundraising and developing new strategic corporate partnerships
