Cash App's Partnership Opportunity

Cash App is seeking a Relationship Growth Manager to develop and expand strategic partnerships with key Mid-Market merchants in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop long-term profitable partnerships that deliver value to merchants, customers, and Cash App.
  • Lead C-level external and internal engagement, managing complex relationships and building advocacy.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the Afterpay business to drive local engagement and focus for your portfolio of Australia-based merchants.
  • Manage a complex portfolio, leading the development and analysis of overall performance and negotiating multi-year account plans with strategic partners.
  • Develop and refine the Merchant Value Proposition, establishing clear marketing best practices, optimization strategies, and expansion plans with partners.
  • Identify and scale best practices across various areas, including Operations, Risk Management, and Staff Training.
  • Foster cross-functional engagement internally to ensure product and offering evolution meets merchant and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client-facing Sales/Account Management/Customer Success roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and build advocacy.
  • Experience in eCommerce or start-up environments with global operations.
  • Ability to manage a complex portfolio while delivering top results.
