Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a key role in driving the firm's expanding Real Estate Strategy. This newly created role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can make a significant impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy and decision-making for the Real Estate division
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, analysts and shareholders
  • Communicate the divisions financial performance and strategic initiatives to external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Executive Management team to drive divisional performance
  • Influence key business operations to strengthen market position and profitability
  • Lead and participate in M&A activities, assess potential investments and partnerships to support company's growth objectives
