Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a key role in driving the firm's expanding Real Estate Strategy. This newly created role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can make a significant impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy and decision-making for the Real Estate division
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, analysts and shareholders
  • Communicate the divisions financial performance and strategic initiatives to external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Executive Management team to drive divisional performance
  • Influence key business operations to strengthen market position and profitability
  • Lead and participate in M&A activities, assess potential investments and partnerships to support company's growth objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience as a CFO or in senior financial roles within investment management or real estate
  • Strong M&A expertise: Expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial strategy
  • Investor Relations Expertise: Ability to engage and manage relationships with investors and broader investment community
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: A hands-on, high-energy approach to driving results and achieving long-term success
