The Finance Team

The Role

As a Director, you will:

  • Deliver robust scenario analysis, financial modelling, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of decision-making frameworks, reporting processes, and planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide forward-looking advice on business performance, emerging trends, and high-impact projects.
  • Champion transformation initiatives that align with organisational objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.

The Candidate You will bring:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) and experience within a leading professional services firm (Big 4 highly regarded).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • Deep banking knowledge/experience, including NIM, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively to senior leaders.

This position offers an estimated annual salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 based on industry standards and location. We are looking for a candidate who can leverage their expertise to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
