About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as Senior Portfolio Finance Director for a major client within our Property & Asset Management team.

This key leadership role involves overseeing the financial operations and strategies for the portfolio, ensuring financial stability and growth of the client's property portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Oversee Financial Reporting Processes: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports to our client.
  • Drive Annual Budgeting and Forecasting Processes: Provide guidance and insights to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client's financial goals.
  • Prepare and Present Comprehensive Financial Reports: Engage senior management and client stakeholders in regular discussions on portfolio performance.
  • Monitor Portfolio Performance: Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
  • Provide Financial Guidance: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with financial services and solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment by providing guidance and mentorship to centralized property finance and analytics professionals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent Understanding of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with financial reporting standards and industry regulations.
  • Proven Experience: As a finance leader in the commercial real estate industry, specifically managing property portfolios.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MRI Investment Management, MRI PMX, Excel, and Power BI.
