Job Title: Global Onboarding Expert

Convera seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of a global onboarding centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a comprehensive onboarding framework to reimagine the customer experience, collaborating with regional teams across diverse customer segments and industry verticals.
  • Work closely with specialists to proactively monitor onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with service level objectives and addressing customer queries regarding Convera processes, accreditation, KYC, and self-serve capabilities.
  • Partner with the Growth Enablement Team to pilot, validate, and scale Customer Onboarding motions, ensuring successful adoption of Convera products.
  • Manage onboarding for a set of pilot customers to validate the GTM customer experience using test and learn methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Digital Customer Success and Customer Success Operations to develop workflows, playbooks, and programs supporting onboarding and adoption of a defined segment of Convera's customer base.
  • Implement best practices for onboarding indirect customers through partner channels.
  • Design and implement self-service initiatives transitioning Convera's existing customer base from human-led to digital customer success onboarding motions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, proactively working as a customer champion to ensure Convera continues to learn and evolve, enabling greater customer lifetime value.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset is crucial, driving impactful change by challenging the status quo within the organization.
