As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire client onboarding process. This includes data uploads, working with creative assets, segmenting client data and analysing performance metrics, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to the Customer Success Manager.
You will collaborate with the Professional Services team, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction. This involves maintaining clear communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person, offering expert guidance on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client onboarding process, including data uploads and analysis of performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients via various channels.
- Utilize project management tools to document and track client interactions and project progress.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a client-facing role in a digital environment.
- Experience working in a multi-channel digital role.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills.
