**Colleague Onboarding Coordinator**

We are seeking an Colleague Onboarding Coordinator to join the team based in Sydney. This is a newly created role that will be critical to supporting the strategic priority of Colleague Experience.

Reporting to the Colleague Resources Operations and Projects Manager, this exciting opportunity will require you to understand the needs and motivations of Sedgwick employees, to support enterprise-wide onboarding initiatives, to improve effective business unit induction and to proactively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in colleague onboarding, engagement, and retention in their first 12 months.

**Key attributes of the role**:

- Supporting the experience of Sedgwick colleagues in their first year of employment to optimise engagement and retention.
- New starter follow-up at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 5 months and 12 months. Check colleagues are settling in and obtain feedback. Collate feedback for improvement and recommend /take actions.
- Acting upon data and reporting analysis regarding key trends emerging from colleague onboarding, engagement and exit surveys;
- Provide trouble shooting support to new starters and work with support functions as needed;
- Providing feedback to CR business partners, hiring managers and onboarding buddies to improve effective business unit induction;
- Supporting enterprise-wide onboarding processes and events for new starters, including Welcome to Sedgwick sessions;
- Facilitating the 'buddy' system.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Experience/interest in developing colleagues and enhancing colleague experience
- Experience in customer service
- A warm and welcoming interpersonal style
- Continuous improvement orientation / A positive "can do" attitude
- Able to review qualitative and quantitative data and insights and turn them into meaningful actions
- Experience in facilitating group sessions & presentations
- Confidence to speak with employees, hiring managers and executives
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
