As a Global Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for SafetyCulture's largest customers. You will use your project management skills to ensure timely and successful implementations and product adoption. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders and executive sponsors, being recognized as a strategic partner who can consult and guide customers through complex rollouts, empowering future champions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Onboarding Projects: Independently manage and execute onboarding processes for SafetyCulture's most critical customers.
- Expert Consulting & Solution Design: Serve as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and designing tailored solutions.
- Drive Best Practices & Innovation: Contribute significantly to the evolution of onboarding methodologies, playbooks, tools, and processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks during the onboarding phase and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
About You:
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional experiences and helping customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in Customer Onboarding or Implementation in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, including APIs and integrations.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven track record of collaboration and partnership with Sales Teams.
- Enterprise Project Leadership: Experience leading global onboarding initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Complex Project Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading complex implementation projects for strategic customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Deep experience working with multiple stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Advisor and Trainer: Trusted advisor to customers, expert at tailoring programs for communication and change management.
