Onboarding Expert

We are seeking experienced customer onboarding specialists to fill key positions.
- Perform customer onboarding activities, ensuring they are customer-centric and compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
The successful candidates will maintain accurate records and reporting, while accessing multiple systems to provide access to gaming areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain understanding of relevant compliance and legislation, such as anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing, know your customer, and privacy.
- Work a rotating shift to ensure 24 hour/7 day operations.
- Make informed decisions in complex customer situations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as an onboarding specialist or sales support.
- Experience making informed decisions in complex situations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
