Legal Onboarding Expert

Luminance is expanding globally, working with enterprise customers across multiple countries.

You will work closely with a diverse client base and in-house teams to ensure customer success from the outset by collaborating with the customer throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Luminance's legal AI technology for new customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding and integration into existing contract management processes.
  • Engage with diverse client teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Understanding of contract law, including negotiating commercial agreements.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Self-driven, proactive approach to enhancing customer experiences.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing new software and technology efficiently.
  • Undergraduate degree at a 2:1 level or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Legal experience considered favorably, such as 2+ years paralegal experience or in a legal support role, with ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, and processes.
