Solutions Architect
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for our enterprise clients. As a key member of our team, you will manage the customization, configuration, and integration of our point-of-sale and online ordering systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire onboarding process for our suite of products
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high-quality results
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the installation and post-deployment phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions
- Oversee the installation process, including hardware setup and software deployment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the point-of-sale industry
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients
- Strong experience in technical implementation of software and hardware solutions
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
