Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Onboarding Journey: manage onboarding for new employees with focus on compliance and documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages.
- End-to-End Ownership: oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensure operational requirements are met, and address employee queries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for clients and employees.
- Continuous Improvement: identify and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience.
- Data Expertise: maintain employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
- Support Compliance Initiatives: contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity projects.
- Drive Automation: identify and implement automation to streamline processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Extensive Operations Experience with people operations and employment/contracting experience.
- Contract Knowledge: experience handling employment contracts and related documents.
- Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, startup or high-growth environments.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: strong collaboration, ownership, and ability to work independently.
- Communication: business-level English with clear, professional documentation; additional languages are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: proficiency with collaboration tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Independent and Collaborative: capable of working autonomously in a remote, international team; flexible hours to support global needs.
- Familiarity with Key Tools: Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace or similar.
- Knowledge and Content Management: ability to organize and maintain knowledge resources for accessibility and accuracy.
