Mid-Market Sales Professional

We are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Professional to join our team at CreditorWatch, a leading Australian data and technology company. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through new business acquisition and existing account management.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that offers hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD office. You will report directly to the Sales Manager - Mid-Market and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive. They will be a hunter by nature, commercially savvy, and possess excellent communication skills. A strong problem-solving approach, creativity, resilience, ambition, and a nurturing attitude are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities- End-to-end acquisition and retention across phone, virtual, and in-person interactions
- Management and growth of existing accounts (60%): Identifying gaps in client utilisation, proposing unique cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, delivering on client retention and adoption targets
- Customer Acquisition (20%): Driving the entire 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing new opportunities
- Customer Support (20%): Providing technical support, adoption and product utilisation support, and driving customer satisfaction via positive NPS engagement
