Senior Sales Representative

Sumo Logic is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to reinforce our leadership in the mid-market space.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for targeting, managing and selling to a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate should have a track record of quota over-achievement and experience selling B2B applications, particularly on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management or Cloud Security offerings.
Responsibilities- Target and manage sales opportunities within a defined geographic territory
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close to fill Sumo Logic's pipeline
- Delivering accurate sales forecasts and partnering with internal resources to provide exceptional customer experiences
The successful candidate should possess 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling technical products to IT operations, Security and DevOps teams. A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a contact network within the Big Data ecosystem. Salesforce.com power user skills are also required.
A competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
