This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing fintech company that's revolutionizing the business banking industry. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and lead generation through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email, and referrals
  • Building relationships with small, medium, and large-sized businesses to understand their pain points and requirements
  • Formulating tailored solutions to exceed merchant expectations and drive revenue growth
  • Maintaining a meticulous pipeline management process within Hubspot Sales Hub

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales, with a proven track record of overachieving quarterly goals
  • A confident in-person engagement style, with the ability to go door-to-door and conduct cold outreach
  • A genuine curiosity about people and their businesses, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A strong commercial mindset and ability to manage and grow revenue
  • Experience with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
