Sales Development Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term relationships with Australian SMEs. With a focus on building a deep understanding of our merchants' needs, you will develop and execute targeted sales strategies to deliver exceptional results.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing fintech company that's revolutionizing the business banking industry. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and lead generation through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email, and referrals
- Building relationships with small, medium, and large-sized businesses to understand their pain points and requirements
- Formulating tailored solutions to exceed merchant expectations and drive revenue growth
- Maintaining a meticulous pipeline management process within Hubspot Sales Hub
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales, with a proven track record of overachieving quarterly goals
- A confident in-person engagement style, with the ability to go door-to-door and conduct cold outreach
- A genuine curiosity about people and their businesses, with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong commercial mindset and ability to manage and grow revenue
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
