- Manage and resolve all claims promptly, maintaining clear and organized documentation.">
- Contribute to refining claims processes across multiple platforms, driving improvements in efficiency and accuracy.">
- Educate and influence customers and internal departments through effective verbal and written communication to enhance claims processes.">
- Coordinate with external customers and the Warehouse team regarding returns and claims inquiries.">
Requirements
">We're looking for a highly skilled individual with:

- Proficiency in SAP systems and intermediate skills in MS Office.">
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.">
- Familiarity with technical and claims processes.">
- Background in Sales Support, Claims, Customer Service, or Retail.">
- Experience with SAP.">
Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
