About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Claims Team as a Claims Resolution Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Analysis: Assess claims to determine liability, minimizing exposure for the company by making informed approval or rejection decisions.
  • Resolution & Efficiency: Manage and resolve all claims promptly, maintaining clear and organized documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining Claims and Returns processes across multiple platforms, driving improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Background: Background in Sales Support, Claims, Customer Service, or Retail.
  • Experience: Experience with SAP systems.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in SAP systems, intermediate skills in MS Office, strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities, familiarity with technical and claims processes.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
