Job Title: Relationship Manager

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a proven track record in account management and relationship building? We're seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and develop strong strategic customer relationships and understanding of client needs.
  • Conduct regular structured customer visitation programs to foster and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Conduct regular fleet reviews and seek opportunities to reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement perspective when engaging with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the customer experience is forefront of mind.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to up-sell additional Interleasing Connect services to clients to increase portfolio profitability and revenue generation for the organisation.
  • Cross-sell of Maxxia Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging services to existing Interleasing customers.
  • Increase share of customers' fleet to position Interleasing as the client's preferred provider.
  • Manage lease expiry, ensuring that no leases run past expiry.
  • Document and retain information on clients within CRM (database), allowing this information to be accessed and used for cross-sell, upsell and customer service benefits.
  • Take ownership of issue resolution, ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are measured, met and exceeded.
About You:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Proficient experience using a database and recording customer interactions.
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in an account management/relationship management role providing a service.
  • Understanding of strategic sales and portfolio management.
  • Must hold a current Australian driver's licence.
  • An understanding of the vehicle or heavy machinery fleet leasing and/or salary packaging is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Miles (software) is advantageous but not essential.
