Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo's total offerings to customers, including hardware, software, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical sales knowledge in Lenovo's offerings, including financial and selling skills.
- Demonstrate required proficiency levels for technical and sales skills, as defined for Account Executives.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the sales processes, techniques, and tools, and advise others on their use.
- Work closely with Lenovo's Internal Account Manager and other areas of the business to achieve sales objectives.
- Effectively differentiate Lenovo's offerings from competitive alternatives and create customer preference for Lenovo's offerings.
- Negotiate with team members to define approaches and goals, especially as it relates to designing solutions to meet customer needs or defining sales action plans.
- Negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for designing total integrated solutions, including hardware, software, and services, to meet complex customer business requirements. You will also be responsible for recognizing complex problems relating to discipline offerings, customer sales engagements, business unit measurements, and implementing solutions.
Contribution/LeadershipYou will lead teams of professionals, including sales specialists, client relationship professionals, I/T specialists, and Lenovo Business Partners, and provide ongoing technical and sales guidance to design solutions for large or complex opportunities. You will also be responsible for initiating selling activity where no relationship team or agent is involved and may be assigned to develop customer solutions where no precedent exists.
Impact on Business/ScopeYou will be accountable for assigned territory sales results, and specific personal objectives, including revenue and margin, and for activities and project results of cross-functional sales teams. You will also be responsible for managing to a high level of customer satisfaction and designing and implementing plans to increase customer satisfaction with sales engagements and solutions.
