Business Area Description:

Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo's total offerings to customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical sales knowledge in Lenovo's offerings, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Lead large and complex sales opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales specialists, client relationship professionals, and IT specialists, to design and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Negotiate with customers to close deals, ensuring successful sales outcomes and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers, highlighting Lenovo's value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including account planning, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet sales targets.

Team Involvement:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with a Lenovo Internal Account Manager and other internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Problem Solving:

You will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated solutions to meet complex customer business requirements, combining hardware, software, and services to create tailored solutions.

Contribution/Leadership:

You will lead teams of professionals, providing technical and sales guidance to design solutions for large or complex opportunities, and drive sales outcomes.

Impact on Business/Scope:

You will be accountable for assigned territory sales results, specific personal objectives, including revenue and margin, and for activities and project results of cross-functional sales teams.
