About the Role

This is a permanent position based in Melbourne, Australia. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Account Ownership: Manage key multinational accounts within the BFSI sector, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and market conditions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum 13-15 years in the IT services industry, with at least 8-10 years of experience in managing large client accounts.
  • Clinical Skills: Proven ability to connect with other account managers and present a unified approach.
  • Educational Background: Any relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
