The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Construction team. This is a key role focused on people leadership and development, as well as building relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small portfolio of key client relationships and center of influence accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with key insurers and underwriting agencies.
  • Collaborate with the construction market to identify new opportunities and leverage other specialisms within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial broking portfolios and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong relationships with key insurers and underwriting agencies.
  • Relevant broking qualifications.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic and supportive team.
