The Role

We seek an energetic and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team. This strategic role involves managing and growing a portfolio of new and established clients by providing ongoing service and demonstrating value throughout the client's subscription. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, inside sales, or client service and be comfortable with travel, as this job is based in Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain and build relationships with existing clients to deliver revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Expand contacts beyond existing sources and develop a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organization.
  • Proactively promote product awareness while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio.
  • Meet training needs of clients to ensure value is received through conversation and training, including product presentations to user groups.
  • Deal with incoming queries, issues, and day-to-day client needs.
  • Research and understand each client's business to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Able to speak with clients across various industries and backgrounds.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage numerous contacts, including scheduling, follow-up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
  • Confidence in negotiation, numeracy, and diplomacy skills.
  • A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus super and benefits, making this a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.
