Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers across the FMCG market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver on budgeted financials for assigned customers, providing regular performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective account planning and management strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control pricing, ensuring effective price management and strong forecast planning.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, developing and presenting winning customer value propositions to key accounts.
  • Presentation of product and price information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for sales management, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably, experience in the packaging or adjacent industries.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager and/or Key Account Manager.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to demonstrate strategic business development skills.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
