The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and overseeing all aspects of project execution from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and budget requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact on major projects.
  • • Growth & Financial Performance: Implement operational strategies to drive financial success and exceed project margin targets.
  • • Compliance & Safety: Ensure comprehensive OH&S compliance on all project sites, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
  • • Financial Oversight: Track and report project financials monthly, managing cost variances and providing timely updates in both internal and client meetings.
  • • Team Development & Leadership: Identify training needs, set and achieve KPIs, and provide guidance to the major projects team.
  • • Pre-Project Planning & Project Delivery: Support the design team in value engineering, oversee estimating processes, and manage project delivery to align with business goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree or trade qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • • Extensive knowledge of OH&S, EMS standards, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • • Proficiency in Procore & MS Projects
  • • Strong industry and technical knowledge, with expertise in construction management.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a drive to achieve high performance in project delivery.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
