About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of construction projects.
  • Manage communication with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, cash flow, and profitability reports.
  • Oversee risk management efforts and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Lead project teams to optimize performance and achieve project goals.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager in the Australian building construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with all levels of staff.
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, and MS Excel is preferred.
