About the ClientThe client specializes in high-end residential projects across Sydney, constructing properties worth between $1M and $10M. The successful candidate will work closely with directors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, overseeing projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Leading, coordinating, and managing internal carpenters, staff, and subcontractors.
- Developing, implementing, and adhering to detailed project schedules.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our award-winning quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- A valid driver's license.
- Cert III in Carpentry.
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (ideal).
- Proficiency in construction and project management software to track progress, manage schedules, and communicate with teams.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible hours, career development opportunities, and optional overtime pay.
