Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, overseeing projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Leading, coordinating, and managing internal carpenters, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Developing, implementing, and adhering to detailed project schedules.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our award-winning quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction, overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Cert III in Carpentry.
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction (ideal).
  • Proficiency in construction and project management software to track progress, manage schedules, and communicate with teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible hours, career development opportunities, and optional overtime pay.
