Job Opportunity: National Safety Director

Liftronic Pty Ltd, a leading lift and escalator company, is seeking an experienced National Safety Director to join their team.

About the Role:

The National Safety Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and contractors across all branches. Key responsibilities include aligning all branches on the implementation of safety fundamentals, improving and maintaining organisational compliance with legislation, and promoting safety compliance through regular meetings and trainings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a national safety strategy to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete, update, and review QHSE risk assessments.
  • Provide training and support to branches to maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving safety milestones and reducing incident rates.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum + super.
