About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Builder2 Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW.

This is a full-time position that will involve coordinating between construction consultants, assisting the Operation Manager and Director with site inspections, and expediting progress on projects as required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to estimate costs and time scales, design and update architectural plans, and liaise with nominated sub-contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between construction consultants depending on requirements and priorities
  • Assist Operation Manager and Director in undertaking site inspections, attending client and consultant meetings
  • Estimate costs and time scales, checks quantities of materials, size, volume measurements and dimensions
  • Design, update and revise architectural plans, charts and drawings for trade persons
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with nominated sub-contractors, suppliers and trade
  • Perform, assess and manage requirements and checklists
  • Manage client lists and approvals/assessment from governing authorities
  • Oversight and adherence to compliance requirements
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least an associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Australian or International Driving Licence (valid)
  • Your own transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A valid NSW White Card
