Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our commercial and industrial projects. As a Senior Project Director, you will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of contractors, engineers, and site staff, inspiring them to meet project milestones.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the face of the project, maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety on-site, adhering to all OHS standards and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Construction Manager in commercial and industrial projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Skilled at fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
