At EBR, we are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to join our team in Singapore. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious professionals who strive for greatness and aim to build a pan-Asian organization from its ground.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing internal policies, standards, and processes for working with vendors. Key duties include optimizing performance while minimizing risks, ensuring contracts are executed after due diligence, managing a team to reach key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining long-lasting relationships with business partners and vendors.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in vendor management
  • Proven track record in process improvement
  • Prior experience in the telecommunication and e-commerce industries is preferred
  • A team player with ownership of team growth and development
  • Thorough understanding of financial indicators and ability to draft and manage multiple third-party agreements
  • Experience in advising internal clients on contract interpretation and negotiation strategies
  • Ability to identify and address legal and business risks, ensuring compliance with internal policy requirements and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
