Our Opportunity

As Digital Vendor Relationship Manager, you will ensure effective management of our vendors throughout their lifecycle. We engage vendors for various reasons, including outsourcing key operational activities and provision of technology solutions and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing the Digital Vendor Management framework, in conjunction with the Group Manager, Digital Workplace Experience, and the Digital Leadership Team.
  • Managing day-to-day vendor relationships, working closely with the Digital Leadership Team and Procurement for endorsement and escalation as required.
  • Supporting Procurement and Digital Leadership in strategic negotiations, renewals, and tenders through effective data gathering and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensuring operational execution and compliance with Mirvac's Procurement vendor management policies in Digital.
  • Managing the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and maintaining a repository of vendors, as well as assisting with purchase orders.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with critical vendors, assessing performance, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and ensuring compliance, escalating issues to DLT and Procurement as necessary.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and vendor compliance with Mirvac policies and standards.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and assisting with invoice reconciliations as required.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and incorporating best practices into vendor management operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles and practices.
  • A strong understanding of risk management and audit principles.
  • The ability to guide and influence senior management.
  • Attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A good understanding of ITIL concepts and ITSM toolsets.
