Professional Office Coordinator for Accounting Firm

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Professional Office Coordinator to join a leading accounting firm in a diverse role that requires someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle communications via phone, email, and reception with clients and legal practices
- Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Collate and record inbound/outbound mail, including ATO correspondence
- Invoice and manage debtors
- Maintain and update databases as required
- Schedule meetings and lodge documents with the ATO
- Monitor and manage office supplies
- Ensure the office and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The estimated salary range for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need at least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a public practice, superb attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work both autonomously and as part of a team. Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information are also essential. MYOB AE experience is desirable.
