**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide first-contact and follow-up customer service to new and existing clients
- Guide and assist clients in enrolment procedures
- Coordinate internal and external office events
- Update calendars and schedule meetings, bookings and appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Generate invoices and billing for clients
- Record keeping and documentation to generate weekly reports
**Qualifications & experience**
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional multitasker
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service / similar job experience required.
- Orientation, induction and on-going training is provided.
- Completion of VCE is compulsory.
- Ability to speak a second language will be beneficial.
