Role Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator is a key position in our team, responsible for supporting the operational functions of our care and support services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with new hire onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.
  • Support HR administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and assisting with disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, preparing reports on recruitment metrics as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferable).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination, demonstrating strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with modern awards, national employment standards, and employee entitlements.
  • Strong customer service focus, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team, and approach problem-solving proactively.
