Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to drive company growth by developing and integrating strategic partnerships that embed Cashrewards into partner product experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to innovate and evolve our integration capabilities, creating seamless and deeply integrated experiences for customers.

Your Focus
  • Become subject matter expert for the Partner Product and able to talk to the customer experience and tech capabilities.
  • Define Cashrewards' Partner Product long-term strategy and roadmap that aligns with the growth area of Cashrewards, and broader product strategy & roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities with new or existing strategic partners and appraise these for alignment with our long-term strategy and objectives.
About You
  • You have excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders and external partners.
  • You are technically proficient to validate and articulate technical requirements for Partner Product integrations with engineering teams internally and with partners.
  • You possess strong prioritisation skills to balance short-term business priorities with longer-term strategic opportunities.
