Lyka, an Australian-founded pet wellness company, is on a mission to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats by providing nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals. As a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pet nutrition by driving our presence within the veterinary and breeder community.

**Company Overview**
Lyka has served 50 million meals to pets across Australia and has raised over $60M in funding from venture capital investors and pet industry insiders. Our team of 250+ pet-obsessed people is dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to empower pet parents to take control over their pet's wellbeing.

**Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum**

As a Strategic Partnerships Director, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering strategic, long-term partnerships with veterinarians, breeders, and pet-focused specialists
  • Collaborating with partners to drive brand reputation and commercial growth
  • Analysing market trends to implement innovative strategies that redefine the industry and support continuous channel growth


To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles in high-growth industries
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow strategic relationships to drive mutual value and brand credibility
  • Commercial experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements with a range of partners
