About the Role

Curtis Partnership is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Director to lead our finance broker and advisor business in its next stage of growth.

As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing clearly defined business strategies and roadmaps, including organic growth and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the board to develop and execute business strategies and roadmaps.
  • Bring advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge to facilitate increased networking opportunities.
  • Facilitate robust financial planning and revenue generation.
  • Champion the review and adoption of systems and processes to enable high-output results.
  • Lead, build, mentor, and inspire the management team and wider teams.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge in financial products across mortgages, commercial and business finance, development finance, asset finance, and insurance.
  • Significant practical leadership experience in lending markets, finance brokerage, or other relevant financial services environments.
  • Demonstrate specific impact in previous roles on increasing market share, improving productivity, driving efficiencies, leadership, and profitability.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, MBA or advanced qualifications advantageous.
