The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. As a State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales management or account management role within the licensed space
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
